Product Description

The Arrayjet SMM-10 is a ready-made small molecule screening kit at a 10,000 compound trial scale.

The kit is designed to allow screening of protein and RNA targets against a trial library with rapid speed and low upfront cost. With it, drug discovery groups can test a small molecule microarray approach for hit-identification before scaling up to a larger compound library.

Arrayjet SMM-10 kits are available to ship to your lab, or our scientists can perform the assay for you.

Technical Info

The Arrayjet SMM-10 library contains a range of compounds selected by Arrayjet, that contain an exit vector, are sp3-enriched, and are drug-like and/or lead-like. Compounds are covalently bound to the isocyanate chip surface. The library contents is commercially available without IP constraints.

  • Each chip contains 10,000 small molecules in duplicate (20,000 data points in total)
  • Optimised buffers and protocols provided for your sample type
