Arrayjet SMM-10 v1.0 – Small Molecule Microarray – 10,000 Compounds

The Arrayjet SMM-10 library content is filtered by Arrayjet from our larger compound library available for small molecule microarrays.

• Two labelled targets can be co-screened on the same chip (target and control).
• Compatible target types include tagged proteins, cell lysates, and directly labelled RNA / DNA.
• Many chips can be run in parallel to scale for multiple targets.
• Each chip contains 10,000 small molecules printed in duplicate.
  • 20,000 data points for each target and control.
• SMM-10 chips contain a representative sample of Arrayjet’s small molecule library:
  • 5,000 small molecules with broad chemical diversity comprised of 1,000 clusters
  • 5,000 small molecules enriched for RNA binding comprised of 1,000 clusters
• All compounds on the chip:
  • are drug-like and/or lead-like
  • are sp3-enriched
  • contain an exit vector
  • have no nasty functionalities
• Compounds are covalently bound to the chip surface with a flexible linker.
• Library content is commercially available, with full data transparency and reporting provided.
