Many research groups print microarrays of cell lysates and protein extracts for Reverse Phase Protein Array (RPPA). This application note describes a modified Laemmli buffer formulation and protocol recommendations for RPPA printing on inkjet microarrayers with improved density, spot morphology, and speed.
