Protein Microarrays for Systematical Deciphering of SARS-CoV-2 Specific Humoral Immune Responses

In this webinar, Arrayjet welcomed Sheng-ce Tao from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.  The Tao Lab have constructed a SARS-CoV-2 protein microarray and analysed the antibody responses of over 1000 COVID-19 patients.  They generated a comprehensive antibody response (IgG and IgM) landscape and identified potential biomarkers for predicting disease severity and outcome.

This new microarray will facilitate understanding of SARS-CoV-2-specific humoral responses and potentially support future vaccine refinement.
